Cooks with Originality
I think the most difficult thing as a cook is to use up the "bits" that are left over in the refrigerator. Nothing really goes together at first glance, but I think it's fun - albeit challenging - to figure out what to do with everything.|
Yesterday, we decided to stir-fry some leftover roast chicken with baby bella mushrooms, Thai chili pepper paste, onions, garlic, and of course oil. We put it over some leftover improvised saffron rice - it was amazing.
Does anyone else have any amazing ideas when it comes to leftovers?
